We also received the delivery a couple of days earlier than anticipated which meant we were able to send out invites in good time!!     Knife and server set were exactly as described and the engraving was of very good standard. Customer Service Team were very helpful and we are very happy with our choice.     When ordering the wedding invitations we required them to be delivered within 7 days and were promised this. We actually received them in 5 days and have been very impressed with this service and the quality of the cards.     I can’t believe how quickly my order arrived, very impressed. Our invitations are absolutely beautiful, we are both so happy with them. Also the quality of the invitations look like they were really expensive, when in fact the price was so reasonable compared to a lot of other companies which had very basic invitations at a much higher price. Website is also extremely easy to use & even though I forgot to put on rsvp date, I e-mailed and Nicola got straight back to me, no problem to put date on.

    All in all I am over the moon about them, and will definitely recommend Special Day to all my friends and family who are getting married. Thank you so much again!!!!

    Website was straight forward and easy to navigate. The wedding invitations arrived quickly and were well-packaged. They are lovely; high quality and excellent value for money. The only problem being that we were nine “pockets” short, but after a quick phone call the pockets arrived two days later. I would certainly recommend Special Day Direct.

    We have been very impressed with he quality of the product and the overall service, however 2 of the 50 invitations posted have had to be collected by the recipient as ” it was too tall” for a normal first class stamp. Two of the guests had to pay an additional £1.60 to retrieve the card. I am not looking for compensation but would like you to be aware. It could have been the way the cards were sealed. Great service and quality.

    Absolutely beautiful! We went with the ‘Celtic Love’ in gold/cream and it just looks fantastic. The design means we can take into account the fact the Wedding is in Scotland with a Scottish Groom but isn’t too ‘twee’ like so many other Celtic designs – it’s a modern, contemporary take on an ancient design which we both love.
    The envelopes provided are generous enough to fit in the extra info for our guests and we’ll definitely be back to buy other items from the range.
    Thank you for the quick delivery and EXCELLENT pricing – I will be recommending you to every couple I know!!

    Very impressed with the efficiency of web site and speed of service.

    Have now received delivery of invitations, and impressed with how well the box was packed as it had obviously received a blow in transit, denting the box inwards, but the packaging of the air plastics prevented any marking or damage from happening to the invites!

    Would use Special Day again, or recommend to others!

I had originally ordered some ‘Create your own’ Invitations from Confetti and I was not Impressed, They cost the same as the ones ive just ordered and they looked very cheap,plain & they were not personalised.      Just received my samples. Can understand how one can get excited about organising these things! I have been appointed to organise my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and must say the samples are all very special. The quality is so good I am saving this site, ready for my daughter’s wedding!!      Our “Daisy day-invitations” arrived two weeks ago in Germany, we were simply stunned by the quality.      The order arrived safely and on time, and we really like the cards.

     I thought I would point out to you though that for 80 ‘Be Mine’ invitations it took us approximately 15 hours to assemble all the invites correctly.
     Whilst there is mention on your website that customer assembly is required, I think it should state that it is quite time consuming for each card, and very fiddly work.

     The end product is great however.

     (also – maybe add the words ‘pull here’ on the side of the card. A number of people who have received our invites have ripped the cards open from the back, ruining the slide effect. This may just be due to the limited mentallity of some of our friends however!).

     I am absolutely pleased with my purchase i had the (Butterfly)day invitations and i am so pleased i found special day using the google search engine.I recieved my package in order,very clear instructions and a sample on how to do them up,i could only request you have them in a range of colours as my theme is orange ,burnt orange but had to settle for Gold which is not that bad though i just wanted to match.But hey i am absolutely happy with my purchase and would recommend any bride with a sober mind to use them.Absolutely fantastic.Stunning quality too!

Every order dealt with promptly, professionally and all items were received between 5-7 days… which for an impatient bride-to-be is fantastic!!!      Our “Love in the Sand” Invitations arrived today, less than a week after ordering. What service!
     They are perfect. We wrote the inside ourselves, using the guide on the website, and seeing them in real life made me a little tearful!!!! Wedding Invitations are just so important, and I am so pleased. The packaging was fab, and arrived in mint condition.
