I would just like to send a big thank you to all the staff at Special Day direct. I have ordered my invites, reply cards, rsvp’s and order of the days from you and everything has arrived looking fantastic. The order and correspondence process for approving the proofs was simple and straightforward and was one less thing for us to stress and worry about.

I have just received my wedding invitations (Vanilla hearts) and they are perfect. Excellent quality and they are even nicer than the picture shown on your website.

Just wanted to email you and say thank you very much for the wedding
invitations we ordered from you. We sent for a sample of 504i with a
burgundy ribbon and were delighted with both the card and the font.We
also liked the way the insert is attached to the card, so that there is
no danger of the insert being lost.
We placed an order and were very
pleased when the invitations arrived so promptly.

We have been so impressed with the service we have received from Special Day Direct, and the quality of our invitations/order of service was second to none.
We loved the ‘fun’ design we had chosen and many people commented on how beautiful the stationery was.
For many people it was the first communication/information they received about our wedding we were confident that the invites would set the tone.
I was nervous about dealing ‘online’ but your prompt replies and helpfulness filled me with confidence.

thank you very much for our invites, they are perfect. excellent customer service, via e-mail or phone.will reccomend to my friends.would love to leave good feed back but unfortunately its not ebay.
